How do I write a prescription?
CliCliMe.com does not provide eye exams or prescription glasses. Please visit your ophthalmologist or optometrist to obtain an eye exam and prescription. They should provide you with a written copy of the prescription before you leave, but if they don't have one, you can ask for one at any time. Please also ask your doctor to measure and record your pupillary distance (or PD) on your prescription. PD is the distance between two pupils in millimeters (for example, 60 millimeters). Your PD is not always included in your glass’s prescription, but it is very helpful, we have when your glasses to make sure they fit you perfectly.

I have a prescription for prism correction. Can you fill it up?

Yes, we can use a prism (indicated by the word "base", an upward arrow or a triangle symbol on the prescription) to fill the prescription, but adding the prism to the lens will cost an additional $29. Under the prescription order, you can find "Add Prism", click on it, next step, just select your prism.

Who checks my order to make sure I haven’t entered any obvious errors?

Our team reviews every prescription glasses order. If we encounter anything unusual or obviously incorrect, we will clarify to you via email or phone. Please keep in mind that since prescriptions may vary from person to person, we are unlikely to find a prescription input error unless you have provided us with a copy of your prescription (you can upload a scan or photo during checkout, or send the file via email Give us) [email protected] after placing an order).

Can I order frames without prescription lenses?
Certainly! Once you have selected the photo frame you like, you can check out as usual. If you buy optical glasses, you can choose to buy glasses with non-prescription lenses. Then, we will fill your frame with high-quality lenses, including anti-scratch coating. If you buy sunglasses, you can choose prescription or non-prescription glasses when choosing the appropriate option to add the frame to your shopping cart from the product page. I have a good prescription-can you prescribe it for me? What if I have astigmatism? We can fill out various prescriptions for single vision, including prescriptions for astigmatism. However, we do have some limitations.

Prescription sunglasses for sunglasses orders, we can fill the prescription with the combined value of SPH and CYL, the maximum value is -5.00. However, some of our small sunglasses frames can hold slightly stronger prescriptions. Can I use my contact lens prescription to order glasses?
Unfortunately, the prescriptions for contact lenses and glasses are different. The reason is simple, because the contact lens is worn directly on the eye, and the glasses are placed in front of the eye. Although the prescriptions look similar, they are different in strength and cannot be interchanged. For your safety, we cannot and will not use your contact lens prescription to make your glasses.

What do I need before ordering prescription glasses?

To buy a pair of prescription glasses, all you need is your prescription and pupillary distance (or PD). Don't know what we are talking about? do not worry! If we have any questions about your order or need any other prescription information, we will contact you via email.

How to submit a prescription for glasses?

You can choose to enter your prescription directly on the website during checkout, send a photo via email or scan the prescription to [email protected]. Please indicate your name and order number in the email. If you place an order for someone else, be sure to include your name and the patient's name listed on the prescription.

How to change or cancel an order?

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any order modifications. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call 1-607-208-2717, 9:30-17:30 EST (Monday to Friday), or send an email to [email protected]. Please indicate "change/cancel order" and "order number" in the subject of the email. However, if your order has been processed by our laboratory when we receive your request, we will need to charge 50% of the price of your lens as a handling fee.

If we are unable to cancel or change your order before it is shipped. You can refund the money.

I want to wear glasses quickly! Can I pay for expedited shipping?

If for any reason you need to receive your glasses quickly, please choose expedited delivery. Please note that this is just for fast delivery. We cannot shorten the processing time.

We found that customers who use Firefox as a web browser tend to have more problems with websites, while customers who use Safari or Chrome have the least problems. Do you accept cash and checks?

Currently, we do not accept cash, checks and money orders.

Do you have a deadline to pay for unpaid orders on your website?

You must pay within 3 days, otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled by our system.

Can I pay with a flexible spending card or a health savings card?

Sorry, they are not supported for the moment.

Can I get a sales invoice?

Yes, you can request [email protected] from our customer service representative via email and we are happy to send you a copy of the invoice.

Is the payment page secure?

Correct. We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to allow encryption of potentially sensitive information (such as your name, address) and other extremely sensitive information (such as your credit card details). If someone intercepts the information transmitted between your computer and our website, it cannot be read.

What currency do you use on site?

In addition to product and shipping costs, do I need to pay extra?

Some countries may impose a certain amount of import tax. Sorry, we cannot assume your import duties. Duties (or tariffs) are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. Please contact local customs for a specific quantity. It may take 7-10 working days.

When can I enjoy free shipping?

When the amount of your order exceeds US$69, you will be entitled to free shipping to the U.S. If you want to ship to other countries, you will be entitled to save the original shipping cost of US$5.95.

How do you deal with shipment delays?

Due to various reasons, transportation delays occur from time to time. We kindly ask you to enter your address correctly using proper capitalization, spaces and punctuation. If you want to ship your order to a company address, please don't forget to include the company name as part of your shipping address. If there is a delay in delivery, please contact us or the courier service company for the latest situation.
