Can I track my order?

When can I enjoy free shipping?

When the amount of your order exceeds $69, you will be entitled to free standard shipping on your order; in addition, if your order is more than $249, you will have free expedited shipping.

How do you deal with shipment delays?

Sometimes, due to weather or customs inspections, etc., shipment delays can occur. Please don't worry, we will be responsible for any logistics issues and will not let our customers experience any loss.

Under normal circumstances: If your order cannot be delivered within 1-2 months, we will process a full refund or re-make a new pair of glasses for you without any additional fees.

Paid: Thanks for shopping with us! Your order is in our system but not in production yet.

Processing: Your order is in production, and they will be ready to ship soon!

Ship to forwarder: Good news! Your order already departed our production center and on the way to forwarder (Like USPS or Canda Post, etc).
